These Terms & Conditions is an agreement between you (“Client” or “User”) and Inspire Networks (or collectively with all its subsidiaries and affiliates, the “Company”, “We,” “Us” or Company”).
Scope of Services
We are a best Digital marketing and IT services company in Chennai Inspire Networks. Our major services are as follows, but we offer much more:

- Hosting & Maintenance Support
Whilst we deliver our service with the utmost professionalism and by the book in terms of industry standard best practice, however as a digital service type results such as search engine optimisation are subject to external algorithms and marketplace factors. Hence no performance / ranking or revenue guarantee is offered.
User Obligations
You agree to:
Furnish sufficient and accurate information, data, and approvals
Follow Their Best Practices on the Internet and Ethical Rules
Not use the services for illegal, libelous, offensive (according to standards of morality and decency with due consideration of that which is generally accepted) or harmful purposes
Should the service promote business activity offensive to laws/local or international ethics we reserve the right to cancel it without any warning.
Intellectual Property Rights
All source files, in part or whole are the property of Inspire Networks until completion of all accounts.
Reproduction (Not Mated Newspapers only), resale, redistribution or use of any deliverable is subject to such terms as permitted pursuant to the applicable Purchase Order.
Confidentiality Policy
We will keep the information of all clients, trade, and digital assets private and secure.
Information may be shared only:

This is not an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) unless both parties have signed this document.
Payment Terms
- All Services paid in Advance or on Milestone basis as stated in quotation/proposal
- Service delay or shutdownRequired payment is not made, resulting in a delayed progress of work or suspension of service.
- Client will be responsible for all transaction/processing fees (if any)
Refund & Cancellation
Because digital marketing and service-based projects are:
- Non-refundable fees once the project is started.
- Refunds Refunds may only apply if Inspire Networks does not start any service agreed to offer
- Approved refunds will be made in 7 - 10 business days
- There may be penalties on mid project cancellations for work done to date.
Third-Party Disclaimer
Our services may work in conjunction with third party systems including Google, Meta, SSL certificate providers, hosting providers and analytics tools. Inspire Networks shall not be liable for:
- Changes in policy, account suspension or algorithm change
- Discontinuation of the service, and third-party platforms responding to this
- Any loss of data or performance caused by external technical problems
Limitation of Liability
In no event will Inspire Networks be liable for:
- Loss of business, profits or reputation
- Decline of traffic or ranking in Search engines
- Problems of the data due to the client-side carelessness
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Users take full responsibility for any of their digital properties and conformation with online rules on them.
Termination Clause
If applicable, and immediately suspend or terminate services where:
- The client is involved in either unethical or illegal digital behaviour
- Invoices are unpaid outside of agreed terms.
- Company personnel or resources are abused, harassed or misused
At the time of cancellation, all work completed to date, pending or unpaid bills will be invoiced and expected to be paid at once.
Modifications to Terms
Inspire Networks may change any of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your use of our website or services constitutes your acceptance of the most recent version.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
The Terms & Conditions are published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 which requires publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and user agreement for access or usage of www.rxdx.in These terms is construed under Indian law.
In any such event, the sole jurisdiction shall be that of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
